Each of these recipes is designed to make six servings, however you can easily modify them to make them smaller or larger meals - depending on the size of your family or how many leftover portions you want to make for your weekly meal prep.
Each recipe is gluten free (important for hormone health!), and is a perfect dinner or lunch entree.
We know it's super important to eat a wide variety of foods to reach optimal vitamin and mineral intake, so we included a variety of meat sources, as well as several vegan options as well. Each meal is high in protein (important for hormone health, bone and muscle growth, fat burning, energy production, and so much more!), and every meal is easy to put together.
All your nutritional information is provided for each recipe as well as the macronutrient breakdown (proteins, carbs, fats) for each meal.
Included with every recipe is a photo, an ingredient list with instructions, as well as a full shopping list for all recipes.
