Christian Assertiveness Training

Christian Assertiveness Training is a Christian course which uses examples from the Bible to teach you how to assert yourself so that you can learn to speak up for yourself without hurting others or down playing your rights, needs and wants. By the end of this course you will have learnt:

* How to assert yourself to your superiors

* How to assert yourself to your peers

* How to assert yourself to your juniors

* How to stop being a people pleaser

* How to say “No” nicely
