How have you been conditioned?
The brain is designed to integrate repetitive tasks and ideas into the subconscious so we no longer have to concern our limited conscious minds with the things we repeat all the time. While this is wonderful for things such as breathing and movement, it can become a problem for our behavior when we are programmed from a place of fear rather than love. This overstimulates the fight or flight response in the brain and creates repetitive negative thought and behavior patterns, which we then become unconscious of because it has become an automatic program within our central operating system: our brain.
