These notes, when implemented as a whole strategy, structure a new way of doing business, and the way we go about getting new business. The traditional ways of doing business and getting business are far too problematic.

If so, you know the importance of maintaining your position in the market. No sooner we become comfortable, some new painting business comes along and steals our existing clients. We need to make sure that doesn’t happen.
