utility for quickly naming objects in maya,
originally started out as a tool for naming parts for rigging as i found myself to repeat the same thing over and over again
slowly this expanded to a multipurpose naming tool

place the quickNamer folder with its contents into user/Documents/maya/scripts
then use the following code in a python tab in maya script editor

from quickNamer import quickNamer
quickNamer.showUI()
