Vinyasa Flow: Hip Opening pt. 1 (lunar)
Starting with seated breath work and twists, this 45-minute class focus on gently opening up the hips. With long holds in lizard, yogic squat (malasana) and pulsations in warrior two (virabhadrasana two) the body is prepared for the stages of flying pigeon (galavasana) and crow pose (bakasana). Class cools down with an extra long hold in traditional pigeon (eka pada rajakapotasana) as well as a supine pigeon before savanna.
