A great book with easy recipes for those interested in a flexible macrobiotic diet. I currently encourage eating more fish and animal protein, and less grain products after doing further research about the phytates and other anti-nutrients in grains and beans. I had increasing fatigue, despite my best efforts to eat what I considered to be a super nutrient-rich diet, however, now better understand that I was not absorbing the zinc and iron I thought I was consuming.
There is still great information and recipes in this book. I have removed it from print, but am keeping it available here by donation.
