With this tool you can:

Merge verts in batch (which will fix some pivot centering problems)

Move the pivots to the center-bottom of the mesh and freeze the transformation in the center of the grid in batch, ready for export!

Export all the selected objects as fbx to the folder you want.

¿Do you ever exported an object and it looks tiny inside Unity? 

Check the scale box before importing and it will fix it automagically!


How to use:

Select all the objects you want to apply the changes

If needed, merge the verts, since it could fix some bounding box problems that produce a bad pivot centering.

Then you can center the pivots, it will move the pivots to the bottom-center of the mesh, and freeze the transformations in the center of the grid (0,0,0), so it's ready to export
Click the browse button and select the folder you want to save the models.

Also, if you are using centimeters in Maya, check the Scale box, and it will scale it x100 so the size is right in Unity.
