The Importance of Family Values. Help to make the Moral Compass work.

By sharing our family values with them as children and teens we hope to give them the foundation they need for their future.

They can also be the reason why they are chose for jobs in the future. If other potential employees are lacking in integrity or don’t have the strong work ethic that you have, the choice of who to hire could become easier for everyone involved.

Our job as parents is to develop the ability of our children to make wise, moral choices. We need to accept the fact that we, and the family values we share, will build up our children in ways we may not be able to imagine.

We want to give them the moral compass to find a way to live better lives and improve their relationships, bodies, minds, and souls. In doing so they will have the courage and tools to make their own way with confidence, generosity and integrity.

They won't always get it right but in the long run they will improve their life and the lives of those around them.
