Cracked Mud

This is one of a series of mud scans that cost me a pair of shoes to accomplish. This scan is composed of 43 RAW images of a muddy river bed during the low season when it all but dries up. The mud would suction my shoes down and almost take them off when I tried to walk in it. I had to plan my scans so that they did not become full of my own muddy steps. This area had drained enough to create cracks but still be muddy.

This photoscanned model is UV'd and has 8k maps for color, depth & normals. Enjoy!
