Crown Chakra Activation

The Crown chakra is a doorway to our spirit, our Divine Nature. We can, at times, forget that we are actually a spirit as well as a physical being. Having a clear and stable crown chakra can also help us sleep as sometimes, just that reconnection with our spiritual side can help to settle the overactive mind and bring peace to the energetic system.

The Crown Chakra Activation is a very cosmic experience. It uses the cosmic energy of Fohat to clear out any energies that can build up in this area and it reminds us of our Divine Nature. The Crown is also a receptor of inspiration so it is important to have a healthy chakra to help us open and receive this inflow.

Meditating on this chakra can help to create a deeply peaceful and calm energy field.

This meditation is a guided visualisation, taking your awareness to the connection with the Earth and using the selected frequency of the element to bring up through our ‘root’ system, up our legs, and into the central column that runs through our body called the ‘shushumna line’ and into the chakra. There are layers to each of the chakras that hold the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our nature. We allow each specific element to flow into these areas in the energy field.
