Notionable's Habit tracker to enable you to treat your habits like tasks, and rewards you when you achieve your weekly habit goals.
It sticks to the principles laid out by James Clear in his book Atomic Habits - that you shouldn't overload yourself by trying to build too many habits at once. In fact, the maximum you should try and build at once is three. That's according to BJ Fogg, behavioural scientist at Stanford University. Therefore, the Habit Tracker contains a Habits Backlog, where you can store the habits you would like to build at some point. You can also track your performance whilst building a habit, and see how building habits helps you hit your goals.
