I've recently acquired this vintage Yamaha 12 string guitar. It's a beautiful, full sounding instrument. My grampa found it for me at a garage sale, and it's a definite keeper. This time, I wanted to try something different with my sampling of a guitar. Previously I sampled just one string at a time, to get more of a piano sound. This instrument pack is called 12 strings, because 3 of the presets are all 12 strings being triggered simultaneously. I used something called a partial capo to hold down certain strings. This way all 12 strings played the same note, just a different octave. It doesn't always sound like a 12 string, but it does sound pretty cool! I hope you enjoy it!
