Ori 280 extended

This small addon for Blender 2.80+. It have only 4 functions:

1) Switch cursor`s rotation to quaternion. It is useful to work properly with other 3 functions and avoid gimbal lock for cursor.

2) Reorientate object`s local axes to cursor`s rotation

3) Reorientate object`s local axis to custom axes

4) Copy cursor`s rotation

2 and 3 useful, when you like to restore local rotation and align it to faсe or some object. 4 is useful to copy rotation from faces and edges.

Planned:

+ Copy rotation from object to cursor

+ Reorient to face/edge/vertex directly
