A Release is a process to recall an emotional trigger in the past related to a current recurring issue. You then re-frame the root cause to change your perspective and subsequent behavior. It's a subconscious pattern breaker. Insecure attachment shows up in many different ways, whether it's a past relationship you can't get over, a relationship you want but you continually self-sabotage, a job you can't break free from, an identity that doesn't suit your authentic self or a myriad of other issues that keep you stuck.
Included in this Release are two audio recordings: Insecure Attachment Release- Intro is the first one you should listen to. I will guide you down the path and ask questions to set the scene. Use this a few times until you're comfortable with the process. Then switch to the Insecure Attachment Release- Con't which is a stripped-down version. Instead of getting bogged down with the same intro questions, I will simply lead you through the tunnel and into the room, providing background music so you can dive right in and focus on your work.
Use this Release repeatedly, but be sure to leave at least a few days in between so it can seep into your subconscious. Continue until you start to see behavioral changes. The Release can be used for multiple blockages, but it's best to focus on one at a time. Once you see movement in one area, you can start on another.
It's a powerful tool if you're dedicated to using it, but i's not a quick fix so you'll get out of it what you put in.
