Yeah I said it, fuck diets.
Diets are complete B.S.
All they do is make you stave, force you to comply to a completely unrealistic regimen that you start to despise because you can't enjoy anything good, in which we get super cranky and upset because we eventually 'breaks the rules' and blame and shame ourselves for our "failure."
What breaks my heart the most is how we blame and shame ourselves when we 'fail' - not the unrealistic, unsustainable, ridiculous diet.
And by the way, what you look like on the outside doesn't reflect who you are on the inside.
You've probably spent countless hours pinching every inch of body fat, weighing compulsively, counting calories, obsessively watching fat content, and starving yourself all because you thought losing the weight would magically make you happier and more fulfilled.
That's a lie.
