Compressed Air Engine V3 (STL files)
Tom StantonThis engine is difficult to print and build. The parts require a well-tuned printer and lots of patience. High pressure gas is dangerous and your purchase of this product acknowledges that you agree to carry out pressure tests at your own risk.
This product ONLY contains the 3D printer STL files and some extra build/print information. You must also purchase the following items to complete the engine:
1pc 6mm ID (Inner Diameter) 2mm CS (Cross Section) O-ring*
1pc 4mm ID 2mm CS O-ring*
1pc 20mm ID 3mm CS O-ring*
2pcs 2x3x4mm (Inner Diameter x Outer Diameter x Length) Brass Bushing (These can be cut from a 3mm brass tube)
1pc 0.5mm Thick rubber sheet (minimum 20x28mm)
1pc 6mm Diameter ball (BB pellet)
1pc 3x15mm (Diameter x Length) Compression spring (wire diameter 0.25mm)
4pcs M2x10mm Bolt (Cap head)
8pcs M2x20mm Bolt (Cap head)
2pcs M3x15mm Bolt (Button head)
2pcs Full ceramic bearing 608
1pc Presta bike valve
As well as the following equipment:
CA glue (superglue)
Silicone spray lubricant (WD40 sell some with a yellow cap)
1200 grit wet/dry sand paper
2mm Hex driver
1.5mm Hex driver
0.2mm Printer nozzle
