When my class members and clients kept asking me for copies of the workouts, I thought to myself, why not put them all together? Why not offer these to everyone? So that’s what I’m here to give you. Years worth of plans, designs, and programs.
The book is divided into several sections. It starts with beginners, goes through intermediates, and floats right into advanced training routines. Workouts are designed to take any where from 15 minutes to an hour and proper warm up and cool down stretches are provided. Some workouts are time-based, some repetition, and some for maximal effort. Technique is discussed for all movement, and good form and safety is heavily stressed.
