Dr. Lawrence discovers the diary of Gerry (a geriatric psychopath) that describes in detail his relationship and subsequent murder of some of his many young male victims.

This feature showcases re-mastered and re-edited previously released scenes from underground film maker Todd Russell's film archives and includes disturbing scenes of murder of a pizza delivery boy, a teenage skate boarder, a young male escort, a high school football player and teen slacker.

The diary is based on quotes from infamous serial killers including John Wayne Gacy, Dennis Nilson, Wayne Henley and others.
