Renew

Renew is a monthly virtual gathering for people that want to live in a world that is nurturing, celebrates self-care and collective hope, and believes in healing and change.

Each new moon, you, me, and a powerful group of humans will come together to celebrate and honor their intentions. You'll strengthen your immune system through movement, meditation and visualization. You'll envision the future you want to create. You'll create small and doable actions to release the stress and the past and invite in your desires and your future.

Renew gathering dates:

We meet on the new moon at 7pm EST each month. Our 2020 dates are:

• January - Friday the 24th 
• February - Sunday the 23rd 
• March - Tuesday the 24th 
• April - Wednesday the 22nd 
• May - Friday the 22nd 
• June - Sunday the 21st 
• July - Monday the 20th 
• August - Tuesday the 18th 
• September - Thursday the 17th 
• October - Friday the 16th 
• November - Sunday the 15th 
• December - Monday the 14th

Each gathering will be recorded for those that are unable to attend live.

• Our 60 minute new moon Zoom gathering including movement, meditation, visualization, support, and a personalized action plan for the month ahead.

How Your Renew Membership Works:

Your membership in Renew is paid-per-month through a platform called Gumroad (right here!), and you can cancel at any time. Months are determined by the date when you register. For example, if you register on July 19th, your subscription will renew on the 19th of each month. If you cancel within the month, you will remain in the group until the close of that month (in this example, until August 19th).

Please note that Gumroad is name that appears on your credit card charge each month since it is hosting our content.

Investing in Renew:

Renew is currently offered at a pay-what-you-want price. Finances are a form of self-care and help express your priorities. Renew is an investment in yourself so please choose a rate that honors you on all levels.

The suggested monthly rates are:

• Reduced: $15+
• Common: $37
• Supportive: $47+

If you pay above the common rate, you'll be helping to support those that would otherwise be unable to invest in Renew. If the minimum amount of $15 is not realistic for you, send me a quick email at Audrey@FortitudeAndFlow.com and we’ll find a solution together.
