Setup Spring and Wave Driver

Set up a driver that moves late using the rotation value of the parent bone.
You can spring and wave all child bones by just setting a keyframe on the parent.

親ボーンの回転値を利用して遅れて動くドライバーをセットアップします。
親にのみキーフレームを打つだけで、全ての子ボーンに揺れを付けることができます。
