Sober Podcast 189 - Progress Not Perfection

You know the expression "progress, not perfection" - well maybe you don't know the original meaning of this phrase. turns out, it's not what you think it is. and i just discovered this week that there's a whole hidden (and better) meaning.

So i thought, ok, i'll record a podcast. and then it's LONG batman, it's really long. lots of good stuff in here. and a bit of ranting (again) too.
