Sober Podcast 208 - Update with Lex

When i first started this podcast in the fall of 2013, in episode #13, i interviewed penpal Lex. she was having a hard time getting going. you maybe remember her: mom to 3 little kids, husband who also drank.

I recently caught up with Lex.

and she has hit her 100 days continuously sober! she did it :) you can hear her story in this audio.

WARNING: the audio quality in this recorded skype call isn't fantastic. you can hear me ok, but Lex is a tiny bit wobbly in the audio. You can still understand it all. Just to let you know that i'm aware of the quality issues, but i still think it's worth sharing with you anyway!
