Sober Podcast 232 - Small Incremental Changes
We are easily overwhelmed with large changes (dating, decluttering, weight loss). And as over-drinkers, who are prone to feeling overwhelmed, we can DO these things, but we have to approach them differently than the media might indicate.
In this audio I spend some time talking about decluttering, dating, and losing weight AND our need to be efficient, not waste time, which makes us likely to walk into the trap of "do it all at once, do it now."
And the solution? I talk about the wolfie radar, which is always scanning and looking for overwhelm, and how to stay under the radar.
