So in my reply, I talk about sleep and anxiety and the noise in our head that lies to us. I talk about having supports, about bullshit information, and resisting accountability.
I can just imagine that sleeping in a too-bright world would feel so strange. But people do it. Everyone who lives in the Yukon, and the Northwest Territories and northern Scandinavian countries deal with this. People sleep when it’s light out. If you’re not sleeping, you might have something else going on. Remove the booze and find out.
