Since I got hundreds of emails, in subsequent podcasts (this is the third one!), i've been reading some of the messages, giving feedback long and short.
I talk about how long it generally takes until you stop thinking about drinking, why it’s easier to quit for longer than for shorter, and how the skills you learn to help you quit drinking are the skills that help with the rest of your life.
And these compilation audios also give you a good view of what other people in the sober world are dealing with.
