I wanted to talk about fine-tuning (in my case, to do with flying) and the lessons that apply to being sober are so strikingly similar. We make small adjustments, ongoing, repeatedly ... and if we continue to feel agitated, then we make more changes. Ongoing. Most of those changes will come from outside of our head (cuz in our head, our wolfie voice will feed the 'gotta keep doing it THIS way' thinking).
So really, how can we move away from "that's just the way i am ..." by using fine-tuning? Do you have an experience with changing something you thought was 'just the way you were"?
