Sober Podcast 326. Am I Doing It Wrong?

On September 7th, 2019, I recorded a live podcast in Montreal and the first email that i talked about was this one:

"This thought plagues me (3 months today). I drink alcohol-free beer sometimes ... Wolfie makes me worry I am doing sobriety WRONG. In the beginning it was easy, because all I had to do was not drink and that was it. But now, I feel like I should be doing more or something else and Wolfie is quieter, but still there...
