Steele Pilates 45 Minute Rings and Bands Class

This Steele Pilates exercise video is intermediate level and uses the Magic Circle and small connected bands (9 inches around, one light and one medium strength ). If you don’t have a Magic Circle, you can use an air-filled ball (12 inches in diameter) and you can tie a theraband into a connected band.
