Carving a Feather

This lesson shows how to carve a deep, 3-dimensional feather. This particular piece was designed to decorate the lid of a keepsake box, but the template could be translated quiet easily for a double sided ornament. This project presents it's own challenges for accomplishing such a delicate look, but don't let that stop you!
