What does your priority list look like?


Chances are, you have a laundry list of projects and tasks that you are trying to accomplish.


The problem is you are spreading yourself TOO THIN.


We get caught up in trying to do EVERYTHING and in turn, end up accomplishing NOTHING.

This is the EXACT same thing I have done to myself time and time again.


It wasn't until I set out to launch the Nine-Five Podcast that I realized something had to change with the way I managed my work.

When I decided to start the podcast, I set a goal to launch in 45 days. - Keep in mind, I had very little knowledge of what it actually took to launch a podcast before I set this goal.


But you know what?


I DID IT!


And I was actually ready to launch the podcast EARLY!

This included:

  • Purchasing all the necessary equipment
  • Getting my website set up
  • Setting up a launch team
  • Cover art
  • Intro music
  • Finding hosting (and submitting to the various directories)
  • AND recording 4 episodes PRIOR to the launch date

All of which I knew nothing about.


But How Did I Do It?


By realizing there is truly only ONE PRIORITY.


You can have a long list of tasks and projects that you want to accomplish, but you have to realize that only ONE of those projects is a true priority.

That priority for me was launching the podcast.


I was completely blown away by the success of my launch, and that I was actually able to launch on time because I am terrible at following through on longer projects.


This workbook is designed to take you through the EXACT process that I used to launch my podcast.

  • Planning - mind mapping and devising your plan
  • Producing - start putting your plan into action


I will be getting you through the first two steps, prioritizing and planning.


In these steps, you will be identifying what your "GameChanger" is, and putting together an action plan to help accomplish your GameChanger.


Now, I can only take you so far, so once you get to step three, it is up to you to put your plan into action.
