Smart Form Prefill

Smart Form Prefill is a Wordpress plugin that works in conjunction with an Ontraport account to render a form at your Wordpress website via a Wordpress shortcode referencing the ID of any of your Ontraport smart forms. And if the contact viewing your form has already filled out a smart form at your website in the past and is a cookied contact, the form will *prefill* with their previously supplied information. Prefilling is the default behavior of the shortcode, but can be toggled off for quicker form rendering..or if you don't want the form to be prefilled.
