The TBB 5-Day Plant-based Cleanse is an entirely plant-based cleanse designed for people who want to detox their bodies without starving themselves. It includes juices, smoothies, fruits, veggies and nuts. This is a deeper cleanse than version #2 of the program, which includes grains and legumes. Because of the more limited diet on this cleanse, I would recommend cutting down on rigorous physical activity for the five days. You should definitely still be moving, but don’t go overboard!
