The world has made self-discipline hard and out of sight.


        But, there IS good news:

You can resist the traps that are set to make you a robot who live an average life and be part of the top 1% of people in the world. I’ve not only made it possible, but I’ve also made it as painless as possible.

        I know what it’s like to spend years hoping and wishing, and not seeing results. I know how frustrating, irritating, depressing, and stressful it can be.
