Do You Want More Out of Life? Are You Sick of Repeatedly Sabotaging Yourself? Do You Want To Stop Procrastinating and Finally Get Things Done?

It’s time to establish self-discipline. It’s long overdue.

You don’t want to be a regular, average person. You want to live life on YOUR terms, and you’ve got goals to accomplish: a business to build, a side-hustle to grow, a degree to chase…

But the truth is, you’ve had those goals. You’ve been motivated, but you still aren’t seeing results.

What’s holding you back? Is it:

    - Unhealthy spending

    - Watching too much TV

    - Sleeping in often

    - Not taking advantage of your time

    - Losing time to your phone, social media, or the internet

    - Procrastination?

When these things build up, it makes you feel a lot of negative emotions, like:

    - Guilt

    - Shame

    - Embarrassment

    - Lack of self-esteem

    - Lack of self-trust

    - Hopelessness

    - Anxiety

    - Stress

This is extremely hard on people like you and me, who have big dreams and visions, but just can’t seem to make progress on them. You don’t lack motivation, focus, ambition, or desire. You know you’re smart and you have it in you to achieve incredible things. You’re smart, you’ve planned ahead, and you know how to not be trapped in “average.” You’re not a loser.

You want to take action, but you just CAN’T.

    Here’s the bad news:

Most other people with big dreams and big ideas never realize their potential. They keep dreaming and hoping, but ultimately fail. They are doomed to a lifetime of unhappiness and unfulfillment.

    Worse news:

The world is designed to keep you undisciplined. It’s not your fault. McDonalds needs you to be undisciplined so you keep making unhealthy food choices; alcohol companies need you to be undisciplined so you keep spending the weekends drinking and making them money instead of working on meaningful projects; Netflix needs you to stay undisciplined so you keep paying a monthly subscription to spend every night binge-watching instead of building your vision. The world has made self-discipline hard and out of sight.

    But, there IS good news:

Establishing discipline IS possible, and if you take the right action, you can do it. You can resist the traps that are set to make you a robot who live an average life and be part of the top 1% of people in the world. I’ve not only made it possible, but I’ve also made it as painless as possible.

I know what it’s like to spend years hoping and wishing, and not seeing results. I know how frustrating, irritating, depressing, and stressful it can be. Everyone around you seems to be getting ahead, knocking down their goals, growing in their career. But you seem behind, you feel confused, you’re lost. You know you have bigger visions and goals but you just aren’t getting anywhere, and you’re confidence and self-esteem are taking major hits because of it. You’re scared of being a total failure.

I learned the hard way that the number ONE thing that separates high-achievers from losers is SELF-DISCIPLINE. There’s no way around it. No hack, no trick. In this book, I’ve put together everything I’ve learned so you don’t have to spend any more years stumbling.

Now, here’s where most people get scared away. Discipline sounds scary. Many people might think:

    - How do I establish discipline?

    - Do I have to take cold showers every morning?

    - Doesn’t discipline mean waking up at 4 AM everyday?

    - How can I be disciplined and still enjoy my life?

    - Being disciplined will make me feel like a prisoner

    - Being disciplined is too hard

The truth is, most of these concerns are NOT TRUE anymore. Discipline isn’t about beating yourself up. It’s about understanding yourself internally and learning how to balance your logical reasoning and emotional reason to make good decisions.

This book will finally make it clear, because I explain how the psychology of self-discipline works, what changes you need to make to establish discipline, why those changes are necessary and helpful, and how you need to take action. By explaining what happens in our brains and our bodies every step of the way, I will teach you how to leverage your decision-making process to finally become your ally, not your enemy.

    What you’ll learn:

    What discipline actually means

Most people don’t even understand the meaning of discipline. They confuse it with willpower and then think it’s too hard to establish. That’s because willpower and discipline are VERY DIFFERENT. Willpower makes people quickly burnout and feel exhausted. Willpower is HARD, discipline is much easier. I explain how to identify the difference, and how to start relying on discipline as opposed to willpower.

The limiting beliefs that hold you back

Most people are scared of truly embracing discipline due to 4 limiting beliefs that make them anxious about discipline. I explain what they are, why they exist, and how you can overcome them instantly.

How to adopt the mindset of discipline

To become disciplined, you need to make mindset and action changes. I explain what the mindset changes are, why they are important, and how you can practice them.

How to adopt the action of discipline

In addition to what actions you need to take, I explain HOW to take those actions. The way you act will complement the mindset you adopt.

    Bonus:

I will teach you the best habits to establish to supplement your journey to become self-disciplined. These aren’t all just basic suggestions like take cold showers and plan your day – these are a mix of tested, proven systems and emerging ideas in the field of discipline that very few people are discussing.

    It's Time to Act

This book is not about yelling at you and making you feel bad. It’s not a typical motivational book packaged to look like a discipline book that tells you “just do it,” “it’s in you,” “if you want it, you’ll go get get it.” I understand the struggles because I’ve been there. Being yelled at and thrown vague quotes and motivational speeches doesn’t work on people like us. If you lack discipline, all the motivation in the world won’t help. We have to actually understand what it is happening and recognize it as we experience it.

My mission is to help those who have struggled for so long just like me. In this book, I explain discipline and make it as painless as possible. To be clear, this doesn’t mean discipline is easy. It still takes effort and commitment and action. Discipline doesn’t build itself.

But it is possible, easier than you think, and within reach, if you just take the right action. It starts with clicking “I want this!” and taking the first step.
