This tastes similar to strawberry cheesecake made with ricotta. It is inspired by a German "Frankfurter Kranz" cake made with layers of strawberry jam, dense sponge cake, vanilla-pudding-based buttercream, and almond pralines.
This recipe uses only diketone-free FlavourArt flavorings, including Marzipan, Jamaican Rum, and Nonna's Cake.
