Welcome to a Sleep Meditation for Expecting Mothers. My name is Anne Koller and I will be guiding you in a 30 minute meditation designed to help you cultivate a deeper relationship with your pregnant body and your baby. The purpose of this meditation is to explore the ways in which you and baby can work together during pregnancy, birth and beyond.
