Scalability
NuMails scales very well to numbers of message servers while it is almost impossible to scale your eMail server. Native storage of eMail messages is archaic file system and to scale you have to engage with independent SQL based servers that are generally not well suited for the document storage job they need to do. Scaling is difficult and expensive.
NuMail storage scales naturally and it is hard to think of situation where message with attachments is exchanged that storage or server itself would not be more than adequate.
User Controlled Invitation
User is in control and can decide any time about his communication preferences and who is allowed to talk to him or not. Communication is only by invitation and approved requests. No uninvited guests from outside. At the same time internal has no limitations.
Security
NuMail works over HTTPS protocol and therefore it is inherently more secure since all communication is encrypted.
Standard eMail uses SMTP protocol that anyone can listen to and steal data. Most of the eMail traffic never gets encrypted so eMail is inherently NOT secure.
No Local Storage
NuMail doesn’t store messages on the local device and that way the damage of your laptop or phone or tablet falling into wrong hands will be limited only to the value of the device .
