About the Guide

This guide is all my knowledge about how to build muscles fast, how to train right, which diet is best for you to become fit.

My training experience is over 8 years. During this time I studied and tested so many different methods. And now I can say what works and what doesn't.

When I started to share my experience with my followers on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/julia_vins/), I received thousands of positive reviews and comments with questions.

So I decided to combine all my knowledge in this step-by-step guide.

I will not show you strange exercises, I will not force you to follow a strict diet, I will not recommend doing a lot of cardio and 5 workouts per week. And I will not even ask to buy sports nutrition.

And you know why?

Because it’s not necessary in order to have a good shape.

But there is a necessary minimum of actions, which is enough to have a great result. So I will give you the system.

My shape is not the result of torment, it’s not the result of steroids (I know, many people suppose it). I just know what I'm doing. I train and continue to live a normal life.

About me and my body transform

Actually, if you are here, you know me. Nevertheless, let me tell you a little about myself.

I have been training for 8 years.

When I started my career I was 15 and my bodyweight was about 45 kg.

So now I combine sport, social media, and my business. In 2018, I opened my coffee shop. That is why I came to the method that can be combined with a normal life. Because eating 5-6 times a day is impossible when you have a lot of work.

Also I'm a professional athlete in powerlifting. I am the World Record holder in squats and bench press. My best squat in 67,5 weight category is 252,5 kg, bench press is 165 kg.
