In contrast to other fat loss programs that promise the moon, I don't make that promise with this one. I cannot guarantee that you will see it through, and while I can 100% guarantee results if you follow it, I cannot guarantee them if you slack off. I designed this program to facilitate consistent bodyfat loss, but under the guise of NOT wrecking someone's metabolism with insane workouts or dieting. It does however, take insane consistency.
This program, while certainly strict, is not freakishly hard. The workouts aren’t crazy, the cardio isn’t killer. The power is in the consistency of DOING IT. IF you follow it, IF, you SHOULD set yourself up for very consistent fat loss over a 3 month period.
