If you have the time and are comfortable searching the web on your own, we provide you with the basics to get you started.  

What is included?

We provide a neighborhood and area overview. This includes special tips and things to keep in mind, like the sun! We will also provide links to many of the local estate agents and general searching sites. It is just what you need to search for a property in the area, as there is no MLS or master listing database. We will explain why you may see the same property for different prices and so on. Some agents specialize or primarily focus on certain neighborhoods in town too.
