Let's stay motivated and nail those writing goals.
The Writing Room Group is for writers who want to carve out a regular writing space and be waaaay more productive.
Like the idea of being in a focused writing group with a bunch of other writers?
Then this group is so for you...
7pm Every Tuesday night the Writing Room gets together on Zoom and we write...
And because we're online - you can join us from anywhere. It's easy.
Members are loving what belonging to this group is doing for their motivation and productivity. (See testimonials below.)
Apparently blocking out regular, writing appointments works!
"Kathryn herself is a great motivator in that she is working as a writer as well. That is what makes The Writers Room such a great facility." Jill Bradley
Can't make every single session? No problem - we all have busy lives.
How much does it cost?
It costs $(NZ)8.75 a week - (so that's like two coffees) Even less if you choose a 3 or 6 monthly subscription.
What type of writers belong to The Writing Room?
All kinds - we currently have members working on novels, short stories, screenplays, blogs, flash fiction, memoir and plays.
How Does The Writing Room Work?
We get together on Zoom...
- The facilitator (Kathryn Burnett) gives you a fun, writing prompt to get you into a creative headspace aka the zone.
- We share our writing goal for the evening and then we settle in to write for a couple of hours...
- No sharing or critiquing- just focused writing time.
- No matter what type of project you're writing, this class helps you stay motivated and moving your project forward.
