Master Domingo Colon, Tai Chi School of Westchester, est. 1978, takes you through the Tai Chi Double-edged sword Form (Yang Style).
Basic warm-up exercises are included to improve wrist, shoulder and waist flexibility to allow for the correct performance of this traditional Tai Chi Form.
