Session 1: This session uses a script which will build confidence and feed your courage, producing a positive expectation on being successful. Add anchors for success.
Session 2: Introduce deep relaxation which includes a script for smoking cessation.
Session 3: During this session blocks/barriers will be released or removed, which enables forward movement to become a non-smoker.
Session 4: Session 4 focuses on smoking cessation. This is a different script than the second session, and further reinforces your ability in quitting smoking.
