Next you’ll focus on deeply nourishing your body, mind and spirit to regenerate your creativity and tap back into a state of flow.


You’ll investigate what drives you, why you’ve been driven to burnout and how to live in a way that will lead to sustainable success (aka—avoid burning out again).


Finally, critical to achieving wellbeing, happiness and even success is learning how to say no to what doesn’t serve you. In this last module you’ll become a pro at setting meaningful and executable boundaries.
