All change starts at the level of the mind. Whether you're reshaping your body or reshaping your mind, it begins and ends with mindfulness.

Mindfulness is a skill, and like any skill we can get better at it.

Like any skill, it just takes practice.

Track 1 is for calm.  Psychologists call this anchoring.

Track 2 is for comfort.  Psychologists call this self-soothing.

Track 3 is for capability. Psychologists call this self-regulation.

The abilities to anchor, self-soothe and self-regulate are key to any change you want to make in your life.

If you are reshaping your body, the ability to anchor will keep you mentally stable even as you feel lighter and more aligned.

The ability to self-soothe will provide a lasting comfort in place of the short term relief of avoidance.

The ability to self-regulate will empower you to take on challenges outside your comfort zone.

Use daily for a month and then weekly for the 4 months following. For lasting change, see that the practices of anchoring, self-soothing and self-regulating become second nature.
