Sacral Chakra Activation

The Sacral Chakra is about connection. It enables our magnetic attraction :”Like attracts like”. It is useful if this is clear and stable so our connection to our creativity and vulnerability is present. This impacts our relationships and interactions.

Using the Water Element, we cleanse any residue of deep emotions that we may have already processed, any old connections that no longer serve us and build our boundaries which helps us to be in ‘The Flow of Life’.

This meditation is a guided visualisation. Taking your awareness to the connection with the Earth and using the selected frequency of the element to bring up through our ‘root’ system, up our legs, and into the central column that runs through our body called the ‘shushumna line’ and into the chakra. There are layers to each of the chakras that hold the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our nature. We allow each specific element to flow into these areas in the energy field.

For best results in this meditation, a seated position is recommended.
