This is a black/white watchface of TORO(cat) of "DOKODEMOISSHO" from the first PlayStation. 

TORO blinks at random timing, and the triangle mark is always blinking. There is no particular action when shaking your arm like a color version.

昔、初代プレステで遊んでいたどこでもいっしょのトロの白黒版watchfaceです。
