Growl's Julycanthropy Icon/Avatar Base (2019)

Hey guys!

This is my julycanthropy icon base! I tried a few new things with this and I really hope you all enjoy it!

This icon base features full shading and easy to color layers for details (like eyes/teeth/etc) .

It is suitable for beginner-level users who are largely unfamiliar with digital art and contains clipped/locked layers to make coloring easier!

However, this is not suitable for programs that cannot handle layers, like MS paint.
