This is a yoga flow class with focus on the vayus. The vayus are the winds of the body that keep everything connected and centered. Pranic vayu is the energy flowing upward into the heart and head, apanic vayu is lower into the abdomen and hips. When energy is stuck in the head the mind races so the goal is to bring the energy lower and get more grounded.
