Menu & Concept:

The concept will be to use the dried and canned goods you have on hand in creative ways, along with fresh fruits and vegetables.

The shopping list will be flexible, so you can use what you have on hand and can find at the grocery store.

Loaded Salad with Grains, Roasted Vegetables, Lentils & Homemade Flexible Vinaigrette

Roasted Vegetable Soup

Roast Chicken or Seared Tofu

Sesame Garlic Noodles or Rice

Homemade Chicken or Veggie Noodle Soup

Roasted Vegetable Nachos with Optional Chicken or Ground Beef

Homemade Tortilla Chips

*Recipes and dishes in this class will be flexible, so you can adapt what you make to your dietary needs, and what you have on hand.

When you pay, I'll email you a link to the online video call, so you can tune in and participate live, or watch the recording later.  When you register I'll send you ingredient lists, equipment lists, recipes, and a short preparation list of what to prepare before class starts. (Will take 30 minutes for you to prep before class.)  You'll need to print the recipes, or have them available on another device if you'd like to follow along.  You'll receive live online class, and recording included. The instructor will take questions when time allows, and according to how many people are in class. Participants will be muted and can ask questions in the chat, and at allotted times.
